We are pleased to offer our New Layaway Plan as an option for payment on purchases of a New Furnace, Base Furnace, and Replacement Fireboxes
Layaway Plan: Applies to New Furnace, Base Furnace, and Firebox Orders only. Does not pertain to Parts or Chimney System Orders.
Fees: There are no service or layaway fees involved in this Layaway Plan.
Layaway Period: Layaway Plan Period expires May 1st 2017. Your total Layaway Order must be paid in full by May 1st, 2017.
Down Payment: The minimum down payment of 10% of your total Layaway Order is required with the signing of this Contract.
Payments: You may submit payment amount(s) of your choice. Your total Layaway Order must be paid in full by May 1st, 2017.
Types of Payments: Payments can be made by check, credit card, debit card, and/or pay pal. Canada payments (US Dollars) by credit card, debit card and/or pay pal only.
Cancelled Items: Individual items cancelled on your outstanding Layaway Order will be adjusted on your final payment to reflect the amount of the cancelled item.
Cancelled Orders: Your Layaway Order is subject to cancellation if final payment is not received by May 1st, 2017. A full refund of payments made will be issued if your Layaway Order is cancelled at anytime during your Layaway Period. Refunds issued may be made towards the method of your payments received, i.e. check, credit card, debit card.
Sales: If a Sale occurs during your Layaway period, your outstanding Layaway Order will be adjusted on your final payment to reflect the highest Sale Discount offered during the Layaway period for the product(s) you ordered. Price adjustments are prohibited after your Layaway Order has been shipped.
Shipping your Order: Your paid in full Layaway Order will be shipped on or before May 5th, 2017.
Returns: Furnace returns are prohibited unless the product fails as a result of a defect in the material or workmanship as per our Manufactures Warranty.
